Delivery

We aim to process your order within 1 working days. We do not process orders on Saturday/ Sundays/ Bank holidays.

Standard Delivery- Delivery 1-3 days (from when your order is processed/dispatched)

Please allow 3-6 days from placing your order for delivery. Although we try our best to get your order out to you as quick as possible. This is not a guaranteed service and delivery may take a little longer during the festive season/busy periods. If you have not received your order within 7 days please contact us.

We aim to deliver your order with in 7 days from placing your order.

We only ship to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Island.

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your order, if you have any problems please get in touch. If you wish to return your order you must inform us in within 14 days by clicking contact us at the footer of this page. If it has gone over 14 days we are unable to offer you a refund.  Please note sale items & customised items are non-refundable. We are unable to cover the return postage costs except in the case of damaged/ wrong products being received. if your item has been received damaged or you have received the wrong item you must inform us within 24 hours of your order being delivered by clicking contact us. We will then evaluate the issue and try and make it right.

Returns: Returns must be received by us by no later than 28 days of your order being delivered. Returns must be received by us in a resalable condition and product seals, labels must still be intact. Products returned must be in the original condition/ packaging and goods must not have been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged. 

Refunds: 

(if eligible) We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund please allow 14 working days before contacting us. We reserve the right to to refuse a refund if the items returned are not returned in a saleable condition or within the specified timeframe above. Orders sent back to us without firstly completing the returns form will not be accepted.

Exchanges: We are unable to accept exchanges. If your item has arrived damaged or the wrong item has been received. Please contact us to so we can make it right. You will need to return your order to us, once the return is accepted, make a separate online purchase for the new item.

Damages: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Please report any damages within 24 hours by completing the contact us form at the bottom of this website. Please include your order number and contact details when notifying us.
